Full-Time or Part-Time

The primary purpose of the Cake Decorator is to create an outstanding customer service experience through exceptional customer service. The Cake Decorator will be responsible for icing, decorating, packaging, pricing and labeling products. The Cake Decorator will fulfill special orders including specialty cakes. 

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Observe all store rules and company policies.
• Maintain a neat, well groomed personal appearance at all times and observe company dress regulations.
• Greet all customers and provide them with prompt and courteous service.
• Observe shift -operating hours at all times as scheduled by department manager.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Display merchandise in an attractive, appealing and neat manner.
• Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation standards in compliance with store policy and state and local health regulations on an ongoing basis.
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
• Must be able to lift 25lbs or more routinely.

Position Requirements :

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in cake decorating is required.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
