Job Title: Chat Support Agent Hourly Range: $20-$23/hr PLUS Benefits!
Targeted Start: January 26th or (more than likely)February 9th 2026! Interviews this week and next week for consideration!!!
Note: This is direct hire/permanent, not temporary! *Must be able to work Tuesday through Thursday in office in Westlake*
Hours: Can be flexible; usually 8am to 4pm, Mon-Fri, *Must be open to working between the hours off 7am-7pmCST*

salary: $41,600 - $47,840 per year

Responsibilities
What you will do
- Handle basic inquiries via chat and emails
- Document, redirect claims
- Direct client interactions via email and chat
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Performance Metrics: 40+ cases/day, &> ;95% acc, TAT Power/McKinsey benchmarks for entry efficiency).
