Job Description
We are searching for an experienced executive assistant to work on a contract basis for a small healthcare company. Some in-office time will likely be necessary but the right person, who is a motivated, type-A personality, will be able to work from home. However, you will need to be local in Santa Fe, NM as you will be required to run local errands for the executives. Beyond weekly meetings you will be able to set your own schedule, and as long as assignments are completed, there will be minimal oversight. Our expectations are high. You should be someone who is curious and can solve problems on your own. You will be expected to manage the calendar and emails of the CEO and COO, prepare and edit documents, track deadlines, follow-ups, and project milestones. You will manage travel logistics, meeting preparation, and act as a liaison and networker between vendors. You will handle sensitive information and provide decision-making support.
We use Monday as CMS and Office 365, please be familiar with these programs.
Initially we see this taking about 20 hours a week with growth potential within the company.
We will be performing a background and credit check.
