Cleaning & Restoration Technician Job Summary Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company's obligations through the timely and effective delivery of cleaning and restoration services.
Cleaning & Restoration Technician Responsibilities - This position will be primarily for cleaning (carpet, tile, upholstery, etc.); however, over time, you will be expected to perform all cleaning and restoration services effectively (such as water mitigation, mold remediation, etc.).
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance.
- Inspect completed work.
- Complete the technician's daily log.
- Complete Work Orders.
- Complete appropriate restoration documentation.
- Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
- Maintain inventory of related supplies.
Cleaning & Restoration Technician Qualifications - Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED). You must have prior carpet cleaning experience, and ideally, you hold a carpet cleaning certification (CCT).
- Mathematical Skills: Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
- Computer Skills: Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
- Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Certification in performing appropriate services: Water Mitigation, Carpet Cleaning, Mold, etc.
- Location: You MUST live within a 30-minute drive of Boyertown, PA.
Hourly pay is based on years of experience and certifications.
In addition to hourly pay, technicians will also make a commission Compensation: $20.00 - $24.50 per hour
