Inspiration Globalis is seeking a GRC Analyst (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) to support and strengthen our organization’s security, compliance, and risk management programs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards, improving internal controls, and supporting audits and risk assessments across the organization.
Location: Offshore/ India (Remote / Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract
Support and maintain the organization’s GRC framework, policies, standards, and procedures .
Perform risk assessments , identify gaps, and track remediation plans.
Manage and support compliance initiatives for standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc. (as applicable).
Coordinate and support internal and external audits .
Maintain risk registers, compliance dashboards, and management reports.
Work with IT, Security, Legal, and Business teams to ensure compliance requirements are met.
Review and assess vendor / third-party risks and support due diligence activities.
Assist in policy creation, updates, and awareness programs.
Track control effectiveness and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Risk Management, or related field .
3+ years of experience in GRC, IT Risk, Compliance, or Information Security.
Strong understanding of GRC concepts, risk management frameworks, and compliance standards .
Experience working with security controls, audits, and compliance assessments .
Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR .
Strong documentation, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 LA/LI, or CISSP .
Experience with GRC tools (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, Archer, OneTrust, or similar).
Experience in cloud security compliance (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
