We are seeking highly motivated Independent Freight Broker/Agents (1099) to join our team at Patterson Companies, Inc. As an Independent Freight Broker/Agent, you will have the opportunity to leverage our industry-leading infrastructure, extensive carrier network, and comprehensive back-office support to maximize your earning potential and achieve your business goals. Each broker/agent is responsible for maintaining and growing their individual book of business, from covering loads and making check calls to sourcing leads and closing new business, each agent owns their own process and book of business from beginning to end (cradle-to-grave business model).
