Role Summary We are seeking an SAP IT Recruiter to identify, engage, and place SAP professionals across functional, technical, and leadership roles. This role requires some familiarity with the SAP ecosystem, strong candidate-engagement skills, and the ability to partner closely with the Company executives to place candidates. We will also provide right level of training for the candidate. We would need someone to work with us in the office initially in Saratoga Office CA. Ideal candidate has some basic understanding of SAP skills & adjacencies (e.g. S/4HANA, BTP, ABAP, Fiori, Generative AI,Data Analytics,Datasphere,Databricks etc ) Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Recruiting Recruiting: Develop, manage and maintain core skill candidate pipeline as assigned by leadership.Create, post and market open orders."Leverage all available resources to source qualified candidates for open opportunitiesi.e. Internal Database, Job Boards, Social Networks, Candidate Pipeline, Referrals, Candidate Applications".Participate in local networking groups and select associations to promote brand awareness and attract new talent.Leverage social media to source, engage, and manage candidate responses.Schedule and conduct candidate interviews.Check professional references.Administer skill assessment tests.Complete client interview debrief with candidates.Generate leads and referrals. Sales:Manage order intake with hiring manager.Facilitate interview process with hiring manager.Debrief with customer and facilitate offer with candidate.EducationHigh School EquivalentBachelor’s degree preferredWork Experience2+ year of recruiting, sales or business development experience
