This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals eager to gain hands?on experience in Salesforce CRM, Apex development, Lightning components, and API integrations. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and automation based on business requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, REST, and SOAP services.
• Work on data migration, reports, dashboards, and process automation tools like Flow.
• Collaborate with business analysts and administrators to deliver high?quality solutions on time.
• Support testing, debugging, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
• Participate in real?time project support and gain practical exposure to enterprise Salesforce environments.
• Engage in interview preparation and ongoing job support to build confidence and career readiness.

Required Skills

• 0-2 years of experience in Salesforce development or related technologies.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning components.
• Basic knowledge of data modeling, workflows, and process automation within Salesforce.
• Familiarity with object?oriented programming concepts and version control (Git).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem?solving skills.
