Withum’s Auditing and Attest Engagement services are thecornerstone of our firm. Withum’s audit and advisory team possess the expertisenecessary to give stakeholders confidence in financial information. This teamprovides audit services, review and compilation services and other agreed uponaudit procedures to a variety of client sizes and industries. Leadingthe engagement team staff on the planning and execution of an audit,review or compilation engagement to effectively and efficiently provideworld-class client service to clients. Overseeingthe day-to-day operations of the audit engagement from staffing, planning,risk assessment, fieldwork, financial reporting and the conclusion. Providingsupervision and support to the engagement staff, seniors and supervisorsand promote open communication to the engagement partner. Collaboratingwith engagement team seniors or supervisors and partners on client issueresolution and make recommendations for any legal, regulatory andaccounting issues that arise during an audit engagement. Managingmultipleengagements concurrently with various teams to efficientlymeet client deadlines. Creatingand tracking engagement budgets to review for inefficiencies that mayarise during the audit and conduct constructive discussions with teammembers on their evaluations and providing counsel accordingly. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in accounting or Masters; CPA is preferred.

• At least 7-10 years of public accounting experience, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff. Experience auditing real estate, technology and financial services clients preferred Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills including familiarity with US GAAP.
• Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client/internal relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects
• Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to represent the Firm well to client’s management
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management skills, strong attention to detail, and proven innovative problem-solving skills.
