Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Manufacturing Polishers for projects located in and around Lafayette, CO . This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $22-25/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Prepare and Finish Metal Components using a Variety of Polishing and Finishing Techniques
• Work with Metal, Plastic, and other Materials to Achieve Smooth, High-Quality Finishes on Manufactured Products
• Grind, Sand, and Polish Metal Surfaces
• Apply Final Finishes and Preparing Items for Welding or Fabrication
• Inspect Finished Parts for Defects and Quality Standards
• Ensure Work Meets all Specifications and Timelines
• Maintain Tools and Polishing Equipment at Operator Level

Requirements:

• • Minimum of 1 Year of Polishing or Metal Finishing Experience
  • Able to Read Blueprints, Specifications, and Procedures
  • Able to Pass a Drug Screen and Background Check
  • High Attention to Detail and Quality
  • Reliable, Safety-Conscious, and Team Oriented
  • Communication Skills
  • Manufacturing or Fabrication Background is Preferred
