Join our vibrant team as a Part-time Licensed Nail Technician, where your creativity and expertise will shine! In this role, you’ll provide exceptional nail care services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing experience for our clients. You’ll be at the forefront of beauty trends, utilizing your knowledge of color theory and cosmetology to deliver stunning results. If you’re passionate about nail artistry and customer service, we want to hear from you! This position is for two days a week.

*What you’ll do*

* Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, while adhering to sanitation standards.
* Utilize your understanding of color theory to recommend nail designs that suit each client’s style and preferences.
* Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
* Educate clients on proper nail care techniques and products to enhance their at-home maintenance.
* Assist with retail sales by promoting nail care products and other beauty items to clients, utilizing upselling techniques.
* Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, hair extensions, and esthetic treatments to offer informed recommendations.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere that encourages client loyalty.

*Basic qualifications*

* Valid state license as a Nail Technician or Cosmetologist.
* Strong understanding of sanitation practices in the beauty industry.

*Preferred qualifications*

* Experience in customer service within the beauty or wellness industry.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
* Familiarity with retail math to assist in sales transactions.
