Personal Assistant & Driver to CEO (Mandarin speaking)

We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Driver & Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a dynamic and fast?paced company. This role goes beyond traditional executive support it requires someone adaptable, resourceful, and quick?thinking who can manage a wide variety of personal and professional tasks while also serving as a personal driver when required.

The ideal candidate is someone with excellent organizational skills, discretion, and a service?oriented mindset. You will work closely with the CEO on a daily basis and must be prepared to adjust your schedule to align with their calendar and commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive personal and executive support to the CEO, including scheduling, travel arrangements, reservations, errands, and day?to?day task coordination.
• Drive the CEO to meetings, events, and appointments, ensuring punctuality and route efficiency.
• Anticipate the CEOs needs and proactively manage priorities and logistics.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams as needed.
• Assist with ad?hoc projects, research, and follow?ups to ensure smooth execution of both personal and business activities.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Ensure vehicles are maintained, fueled, and ready for use.

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar support role.
• A valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem?solving abilities with a resourceful, proactive approach.
• Comfortable with a dynamic schedule and willing to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.
• Tech?savvy and proficient with scheduling tools, messaging apps, and productivity software.
