Part-Time Phlebotomist - Laboratory Facility - Norwich, CT

Temp-to-Hire | $17-$20/hr (Based on Experience)

Every Other Weekend Required

Dean's Professional Services is actively seeking a reliable, professional Phlebotomist for a part-time opportunity in a detox clinic laboratory setting located in Norwich, CT . This position is ideal for a mature, dependable individual who values accuracy, patient privacy, and consistency in care. Phlebotomy experience is a plus, but not essential-professionalism and reliability are our top priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collect urine toxicology samples in a detox clinic environment.
* Ensure specimen integrity and proper patient identification.
* Maintain accurate labeling and secure transport of specimens.
* Uphold clinic safety protocols and confidentiality standards.
* Engage with patients respectfully and professionally.
* Support clinical staff with daily lab operations as needed.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent - Required
* Previous experience in patient care or clinical settings - Preferred
* Comfort working in a substance recovery environment
* Must be available every other weekend
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Professional demeanor and communication

Position Details:

* Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 10:30 AM, plus every other weekend
* Pay Range: $17-$20/hr, based on experience
* Status: Temp-to-Hire
