Powder Coater

Hours: 1st shift – Monday through Friday 7:00a-3:30p

Pay: $18 per hour

Location: 15 mins outside of Manitowoc

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Powder Coater for our client 15 mins outside of Manitowoc. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial painting or coating and a strong desire to learn powder coating techniques. This position plays a key role in producing high-quality, durable finishes that meet the customers’ specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts for coating, including cleaning, masking, and hanging
• Apply powder coating
• Monitor coating thickness and coverage to ensure quality standards
• Inspect finished products for defects and consistency
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals
• Other duties as assigned

#Manitowoc1

• Previous industrial painting, coating, or finishing experience preferred
• Powder coating experience is a plus
• Ability to learn and operate powder coating equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift and move parts as required
• Previous forklift experience
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
