Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team and provide in-home ABA therapy services to children and families. This role offers flexible hours and an opportunity for increased pay based on performance and continued commitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication, social, and daily living skills

  • Accurately collect and record data on client progress and behavior

  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to promote generalization of skills

  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification (BACB)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred

  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients’ homes

  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to ethical, client-centered care
