Technical Recruiter – Full-Time, On-Site (NYC)
We're looking for a driven, high-output Technical Recruiter to help rapidly scale a small, high-performing engineering team. This is a critical role in a fast-moving startup that’s already achieved strong product-market fit, profitability, and exceptional early growth—all without relying on traditional marketing or inbound demand.

Demand has outpaced the team’s capacity—we're hiring because the business is scaling faster than the team can.
Solving one of the toughest problems in the field—dispatching. It’s complex, filled with edge cases, and can’t be handled by off-the-shelf AI tools.
