Insight Global is seeking a Hybrid Commercial Title Examiner to join an industry-leading title company. This role combines technical expertise in commercial title examination with on-site client support. The ideal candidate will provide guidance to local offices, assist with complex title-related inquiries, and ensure smooth operations across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site support to local offices 23 days per week, addressing questions and assisting with title-related processes.
Perform commercial title examinations on a limited basis, including: Reviewing, copying, and summarizing recorded documents affecting property title. Independently examining title to real property of varying complexity to determine status and establish chain of title.
Collaborate with teams handling high-liability commercial files, typically valued at $10M+. Maintain accuracy and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Proven experience in commercial title examination with strong understanding of title processes and documentation.
Ability to work independently and manage complex title issues.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for on-site client support. Must reside near one of the following NCS offices: Glendale, CA
