Rock Solid Stabilization and Reclamation, Inc. is looking for a self-motivated dispatcher who wants to contribute to a successful team that embraces innovation and be part of an industry-leading organization that is setting new standards consistently.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $80,000+ based on expereince

• Other performance/safety incentives

• Schedule and coordinate all daily deliveries to job sites (internal and external)
• Create dispatch tickets for all deliveries
• Manage a team of 30+ drivers and their operations daily
• Quote rates for estimating external shipping requirements
• Negotiate and approve external shipping rates for brokers
• Update payroll information and update dispatch completion as necessary
• Coordinate repair and service of trucks with the Equipment Manager and Shop mechanics
• Find external revenue-generating work for the truck fleet (non-pat times or rain days)
• Assist in driver recruitment, onboarding, and training
• Fuel management – research and determine the best places to refuel
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

• Working knowledge of DOT regulations, including GVW and HOS compliance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask under pressure
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects
• Strong organizational skills
• Geographical knowledge of the service area or map-reading skills
• Knowledge of the industry is recommended but not required
• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
• Ability to be available 'on-call outside of regular business hours/days

Education/Experience:

• Associates/Bachelor ’s Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of dispatch experience
• The truck driving experience is a plus
