Advocate for inclusive research and design practices to ensure accessibility and equity. Analyze and synthesize user, product, and business needs to guide product strategy. Craft and communicate impactful research findings and insights that balance user and business perspectives. Partner with cross‑functional teams to amplify the visibility and adoption of research outcomes. Identify and use key metrics to evaluate the impact of products and services across the ecosystem. Leverage deep knowledge of business goals, user trends, and the competitive landscape to inform decisions. Contribute to project prioritization, resource planning, and issue resolution. Conduct comprehensive research to identify user needs and business opportunities with empathy and insight. Evolve and adapt research strategies for large or complex projects to anticipate future needs. Execute qualitative and quantitative analyses, including strategic surveys and frameworks. Build consensus and influence teams to adopt research‑based, user‑focused solutions. Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to diverse stakeholders. Qualifications Proficiency in interactive technology. Expertise in ethical UX research principles and practices. Strong command of UX research methodologies. Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle. Knowledge of human and user behavior. Exceptional UX storytelling skills. Experience leading and executing diverse research processes.
