As\nthe Medical Director, you'll keep doing what you love - practicing veterinary\nmedicine. But you'll also provide vital medical leadership, oversee the\nveterinary team, and cultivate an environment where exceptional pet care\nthrives. You'll develop medical protocols, mentor colleagues, and collaborate\nwith the practice manager on finances, budgeting, and operational optimization.

Base salary of $125,000-$150,000 DOE

Frederick is the 2nd largest city in the\nstate of Maryland and one of the fastest growing cities in the DC metro area.\nThe downtown area is packed with charm including civil war museums, Maryland\nSchool for the Deaf, row houses, quaint one-of-a-kind shops, local eateries,\nmicro-breweries, and local distilleries that are mostly pet-friendly. Outside\nof downtown is a large military base, Fort Detrick.
