Produce Clerk

We are looking for an experienced produce clerk who is friendly, outgoing and able to work independently while interacting with our guests! For this position, you could also be asked to work at the following Nugget Market locations: El Dorado Hills, Granite Bay, Roseville - Blue Oaks, or Roseville - Pleasant Grove.

Individual associate hourly rates are based on factors including experience, location, and length of employment.

Responsibilities

As a produce associate, your primary responsibilities include ensuring our guests are provided with the highest quality produce. You will regularly monitor the quality of all fruits, vegetables and other produce, rotate product regularly, check code dates, create artful displays and maintain a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment.

Qualifications

You should meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic understanding of the English language, which includes the ability to communicate and read basic instructions, schedules and signage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic problem solving abilities
• A positive attitude is essential!
