General responsibilities The responsibility of the Training & Development Coordinator is to support the T&D function and team through coordination and implementation of agency-wide training, assisting the Training Specialist with execution of Financial Planning Academy, tracking/reporting of early productivity metrics, daily communication with new trainees, and scheduling of on-going development meetings. This is an entry level role supporting the T/D specialist. More specific responsibilities will include scheduling and calendaring, preparing speakers, setting-up training room, running reports in excel, tracking and communicating production results, social media posts, and general project management.
