About Our CEO, Designer, and Founder: Francis Sephir
Francis Sephir, the visionary founder and CEO of Unity Graphic and Marketing, has been passionate about design since childhood. This early love for creativity and visual storytelling laid the foundation for a remarkable career that began in 2005 when he officially launched the company.
A dedicated scholar of design, Francis honed his craft at Miami Dade College before furthering his education at Florida Atlantic University, where he refined his expertise in multimedia and visual communication. His academic foundation, coupled with years of hands-on experience, has positioned him as a dynamic leader in the design and marketing industry.
Francis has worked with an impressive roster of clients, including the renowned Anika Jasmine Clothing Line, and has been instrumental in designing and managing media projects for numerous faith-based organizations. His contributions to churches such as Bethesda Tabernacle, Salem Church of God, and Compassion Church Ministries have elevated their visual presence, creating impactful and meaningful connections with their communities.
Beyond his contributions to churches and small businesses, Francis served as a Design Manager for the widely acclaimed show Entrepreneur Elevator Pitch, founded by Netflix co-founder Marc Randolph. This role showcased his ability to deliver high-quality designs under pressure, demonstrating both his creative and managerial talents on a global stage.
With over two decades of experience and a relentless drive for excellence, Francis Sephir continues to lead Unity Graphic and Marketing with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and a deep commitment to helping clients bring their visions to life.
