About Our Creative Director: Francis Sephir
Francis Sephir, Creative Director of Unity Graphic and Marketing, has been passionate about design since childhood. His early love for creativity and visual storytelling laid the foundation for a career that officially began in 2005.
A dedicated scholar of design, Francis studied at Miami Dade College before furthering his education at Florida Atlantic University, where he refined his expertise in multimedia and visual communication. This academic background, combined with years of hands-on experience, has positioned him as a dynamic creative leader in the design and marketing industry.
He has worked with an impressive roster of clients, including the renowned Anika Jasmine Clothing Line, and has been instrumental in designing and managing media projects for numerous faith-based organizations. His contributions to churches such as Bethesda Tabernacle, Salem Church of God, and Compassion Church Ministries have elevated their visual presence and strengthened their ability to connect with their communities.
Francis also served as a Design Manager for the widely acclaimed show Entrepreneur Elevator Pitch, founded by Netflix co-founder Marc Randolph. This role showcased his ability to deliver high-quality creative work under pressure, demonstrating both his artistic and managerial strengths on a global stage.
With over two decades of experience and a relentless drive for excellence, Francis continues to lead with innovation, collaboration, and a deep commitment to helping clients bring their visions to life.
