IS BASIC DESIGN INCLUDED WITH MY ORDER?
Yes. Basic design assistance is included FREE with qualifying pouch orders. Send us your logo, text, product information, colors, and images, and our design team can help create a professional pouch layout. Advanced branding, custom illustrations, or extensive design work may require an additional fee.

CAN I UPLOAD MY OWN FINISHED ARTWORK?
Absolutely. If your design is already complete, simply upload your artwork when placing your order. We accept common print-ready formats including PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, and high-resolution JPG.

WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF BEFORE MY POUCHES ARE PRINTED?
Yes. We provide a digital proof for your approval before production begins. Your pouches will not move into production until you have reviewed and approved the artwork.

HOW LONG DOES CUSTOM POUCH PRINTING TAKE?
Most Quick Order projects typically ship within approximately 7–10 business days after final proof approval. Fully Custom and larger-volume projects may require additional production time.

DO YOU SHIP ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES?
Yes. We ship custom pouches nationwide throughout the United States. Delivery time depends on your location, order size, production method, and selected shipping service.

WHAT POUCH SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?
Our Quick Order program offers three popular standard sizes: Small 4" × 6" × 2", Medium 5" × 7" × 2", and Large 6" × 9" × 3". Looking for a different size? Additional sizes and custom dimensions are available through our Fully Custom service.

Yes. Depending on the pouch style and order type, options may include resealable zippers, hang holes, tear notches, and other finishing features. Additional customization options are available through our Fully Custom service.
